Restaurants (Because Not Cafe)
A choice of fish that you don’t usually see on menu. Aside from having to watch for bones in my fish, nothing in this bowl impressed me to warrant a return back for the mains.
Was pleasantly surprised to find out that they have an ongoing 1 for 1 promo for their wagyu burger during lunch time. Burger standard wasn’t as good since our last visit with the patty being pretty dry and the portion of the truffle fries were so little.
Pretty underwhelming bowl considering the beef was dry and rather tasteless without the sauce. With an onsen egg and a few pickles to ‘beef’ up the bowl. Nope, definitely not coming back.
Strawberries were sweet, crust was thick and buttery. Pistachio cream wasn’t too overwhelming and overall a good balance of flavours.
So sweet on its own, you can ignore the coffee flower honey. But I’ll stick to the croissants for the fresh bakes.
Coffee taste was faint but still decent.
Looks so deceptively pretty on the outside, but the inside totally lacked the charms of a nice fluffy and airy croissant. At least the sweet raspberry filling within brought a good balance to the coffee.
Pretty pricy considering you get average creamy scrambled eggs with strong truffle smell. Bread stick was too greasy and too little to go with the scrambled eggs. Ended up feeling too jelak eating the eggs on its own.

Creamy champagne hollandaise was too much that it masked the sweetness of the lobster meat. The tobiko fish roe was a nice touch. And the dill was purely for aesthetics.
