Truly lived up to its name of good meepok!! This is humbly tucked in bras basah, next to nlb :) super reasonably priced as well. The uncle prepping my food was also very friendly & nice despite the long queue, would defo recommend if in this area! A super yummy (+ healthy) meal option!!

Highly recommend this laksa if you are ever in this area or in Queensway shopping mall! Pair it with a couple of otahs, their otahs are really soft & not too spicy!

Their normal bowl is pretty tiny so might want to consider getting the larger bowl if you have a larger appetite 😊 a pretty good local fare of laksa!!! At a pocket friendly price too :)

Such a rare find - this traditional herbal BKT is sure to make you super satisfied! Add on some youtiao to dip into the herbal soup too. The claypot rice was also not a huge portion but just a right amount to leave some space for dessert.

Besides the rare find of such a type of herbal BKT, this shop also hires ex-convicts & you can support them in their new lease of life while having such gooood food 😊

This was PRETTY GOOD! But slightly overrated I would say & on the pricier side for hawker fare. Still worth a try cos this is really unique & I still finished it in no time :-) but may not be worth the queue during lunch time! Try to beat the queue by going earlier or about 7pm when they are closing soon!!

Having this combi of claypot sesame chicken & herbal fish soup with ur daily serving of vege + some good company is sure to warm your heart & soul ☺️

This is tucked in the middle of serangoon central, not in a hawker center actually. It’s a small shop at the corner (~10-15min walk from nex/ serangoon mrt) but I assure you, it is worth EVERYSTEP 🙌🏻 been here a couple of times & will always go back for a heart homely affordable meal :-) paid ~$16 in total for this? Everyone say WOWWWW pls 😌😌😌

I am probably one of the GREATEST yong tau food (YTF) lovers & this has caught my heart: had this amazing bowl at least 4 times at past 3 months 😍 look at HOW FULL IT IS!!!!! (All for ~$4.60?! Like WAOWWW)

It’s located in the heart of AMK central (~10min walk from mrt) + average queue time of 20min BUT DEFINITELY WORTH IT 👌🏻 (am not a fan of queueing but I go straight to this stall every time I need lunch & am in AMK!) there’s almost never a time when there isn’t a queue (I’ve tried to beat the queue at 11.30am, 2.30pm BUT NOPE always minimum 20min wait.....) it really does say something about this stall 😊

The variety of food items to pick into your bowl is quite good & strongly recommend to order SOUP COS it is SIMPLY SO HEAVENLY 🥰 (a tad bit oily but it is a MUST TRY!!!) ask for veges to be added too! And mifen is a great noodle option :-) (their mifen consistency is really good)
