Love the sauce and tender pork but didn’t quite like the skin which was a tad bit too hard. .

Gazpacho for starters - a refreshing dish.
Mains: Roasted pork belly - easily one of the best ones I’ve eaten. Think crispy skin, tender meat, and melt-in-your-mouth layer of fats in between. 😚
Desserts - peach pie with vanilla ice cream.
