The Thai pandan chicken here retains its juices and also absorbs the flavours of the pandan leaves. It definitely will leave you going WOOOO. Also, the thai pandan chicken here is considered a bigger serving than many other places. Dip it with their chili sauce, which I believed there’s fish sauce in it as well, for a little kick of spice and extra flavour. 🤪
