celebrated a birthday with dinner at shang palace was not disappointed by the food! this dish was probably the most expensive but definitely worth the price! the beef was tender, although the sauce could afford to be a little less salty. we also ordered the peking duck, but would definitely choose this over the duck
after having tried almost all the noodle dishes at putien, their bee hoon is still my favourite and go-to dish every time I visit! I also really like the service here; they make sure to ask for any food allergies and you can request for less oil/salt in your dishes.
