I’m not an unagi person, yet the first bite really changed me. Despite of the usual soggy and slimy unagi, this one is crispy on the outside and super soft on the inside. Good enough to make me go crazy head over heels for this bowl. (Ps: I like it more when I eat it with soup!)

Update: Had my second visit and it doesn’t taste as good as the first time I tried, consistency issue.

Honestly I could only tell a slight difference of with and without the fresh truffle.
My bowl of happiness. Big portion of foie gras with the heavenly tanuki rice. I could have it everyday and never get bored.
