This may just be my favourite dish from @hoshinocoffeesg for life 🤤 The Hoshino Spaghetti with eggplant, bacon, shimeji & sausage ($14) was easily the best no-sauce spaghetti I’ve ever had.
It was cooked to perfection and so fragrant, even though the portion is huge, it’s so good I could finish it all by myself. #hoshinocoffee #hoshinocoffeesg #hoshino #spaghetti

A Singaporean twist on a familiar Italian dish, the Seafood Tom Yum Risotto ($26.90) may sound odd but still had the creamy texture of a risotto.
The risotto was slightly sour and spicy, but not too overpowering with tom yum ☺️
Topped with grilled tiger prawns, flower clams and squid, this dish is not only gonna fill you up but also give your taste buds an interesting experience. I appreciated how they peeled the prawns for lazy me too! Even though I prefer having my usual type of risotto, this is really worth the try especially in the spirit of our Singapore National Day 🇸🇬
