I usually have my gin straight up on the rock with probably a tiny bit of tonic water as I love the taste of gin itself. 👍🏻

Cascara-infused Bulleit Bourbon, peach Bitters topped with Okinawa Sugar.

This is definitely not a place for me, it’s overly ‘atas’ for my taste. It’s like super fine dining with cocktail with no menu, every drink is made personalized to your preference. I have to admit I do enjoyed the bartender in action but not when I reach over the huge leather seat and whisper in conversation. Good cocktail and it’s definitely one of the most high end one I ever been.

Had a similar concoction of Old Fashioned and Roku Gin with champagne, both cocktail cost $74.

We popped in after our dinner through ‘unlabeled’ entrance at KēSa House. The service was great and the bartender was happy to introduce us the menu, the story behind The Old Man and also to recommend drink to suit our taste. I love the creative name of their drinks from the menu:

About last night... I started with my favorite Manhattan Old Fashion with Rye concoction (not in photo) then went on to try their WOODFORD BOULEVARDIER (Woodrow Reserve Bourbon with Mancino Rosso and Campari) for [SGD27++] I really love the strong flavor of bourbon and then ended off with a high note of KINOBI NAVY STRENGTH for [SGD31++] just had go for a gin to end my night.

I am loving the fact that @manhattan_sg opened on a Sunday night and I’m addicted with their BBQ popcorn it was too irresistible!!! .

I’ve a recent craze about checking all the Asia’s best bar in Singapore. So I pay a visit to the eighth seat #8 bar on the Asia's 50 Best Bars list, a hidden second-floor sanctum on bustling Amoy Street that's dedicated to all things regional.

I was greeted with a shot of Sparkling sake while checking out the gins available. Not only the usual label, Native distilled their own Gins with flavors concoction. So I chose YUZU GIN ($19++), and to my surprised it’s actually not that sweet and I love it. I was introduced to KAVALAN GIN and it’s really good. Then, to end off my night on a high note - I went on to support locally produced TANGLIN GIN ($20++). .

The only down side was to paid for the bar snack - Papadam for ($2++) other than that everything was fantastic! Not only did I enjoyed myself, the drinks were damn good and the service was fabulous. Kuddos to @davejony and team at @nativebarsg for the excellent service!

Spinach, Kale, Pineapple, Coconut Water, Papaya & Mint Leave Smoothie. So refreshing, yummy and healthy. Definite a go to drink for a hot day like Singapore.

Not only it’s superb good, it’s good for health too.
With the unique flavour of the black vinegar combined with ginger and orange peel makes it’s damn refreshing even it’s hot.

It’s my first time trying it and definitely earns my return. 😋

Disclaimer: I’m not a latte person but I’ve heard so much about this Instgrammable award-winning latte art, so why not check it out. I have gotten the famous Satan Latte ($5) and be sure to video down the barista who is trained by 2017 World Latte Art Champion Arnon Thitiprasert. The taste of the latte is definitely on the milky side cos of the 3/4 amount of milk used. After all, the most prominent aspect about the latte Ristr8to speciality was the esteemed art, and that’s all that mattered.
