ramen here was decent, queue was very very long.

didn’t really fancy the chilli based broth because i thought it tasted a bit weird!

but the tonkotsu broth was nice :)

wanted to order the same fries as the couple at the next table but we ordered the wrong thing. but this was SO GOOD. a unique combination of both marshmallows and mozzarella cheese that melts to form a slightly sweet creamy cheese blend that coats the fries

very unique combination of tempura crisps and salmon. i love tempura crisps but i feel like the taste overpowers the salmon so i ate them separately towards the end. the roll comes with 8 pieces.

the middle has a large piece of tempura crisp. in comparison the sushi bar has a piece of salmon & cucumber in the middle! i think i prefer a stronger taste of salmon so the latter is more suited to my taste buds ☺️
