Burger Joints

Fangko is known for its rice dishes, but their secret gem is this fried chicken burger. Biting down brings a phenomenal crunch from that juicy slab of chicken, while the sauce adds another layer of decadence. A must order if you’re here!

The secret, hidden ingredient? Bacon jam! It’s made from an amazing combination of bacon, balsamic vinegar, red wine, amongst many other ingredients, and gives the whole burger this addictive sweetness.

What a Sunday treat!

These Wagyu Sliders stood out for me in the appetiser set because they were textured, well-flavoured and suitably hearty. I wolfed one, and washed it down with a swig of Asahi.
LIFE IS GOOD.

This very tall, double patty Kase & Speck burger does 2 things right: Aged Cheddar and crispy bacon. The cheese gave some solid smokiness, while the bacon added a good crunch and flavour.
What could have been better? The double patties. They were juicy, but just a tad overcooked, and resultsntly resistant to our choppers.
That Perfect medium rare is still elusive, after all.
