Layered espresso flavoured sponge finger with mascarpone cream in crispy tuile cup dusted with cocoa powder. Personally love the tuile cup that gave the crunch to the soft tiramisu. Not to mention, nice presentation as well.
Tomato based pizza with assorted mushroom, parsley, green chili and mozzarella cheese. Love the green chili that give the heat for this pizza
Served with garlic fine bean, bean ragu and salsa verde.
This got to be the most interesting in flavor dish. It remind a lot of Rendang inbetween the lagnasa sheets. A little local touch to the Italian classic.
Aglio olio with fresh tiger prawn, tomato confit, rocket and parmesan cheese. Perfect al-dente texture of the pasta with the bursting juicy confit tomato
With mussel, tiger prawn, squid and sea perch in tomato and lime broth.
The heat is quite strong, definitely an adult dish.

This dish totally blow my mind, it was unexpectedly good and balanced in flavor. The peppery bitter taste wasn't too strong in this dish which relatively easy to eat.
Fried goat cheese with apple chutney, pickled onion and tapenade dressing.
Start our night with appetiser, first time trying on deep fried goat cheese in perfect golden crispy breaded layer.
Still my favourite pizza in town, the truffle pizza from proof. Everything is so perfect from the slightly chewy dough to the cheese, the truffle. Every mouthful is just pure enjoyment.
