Japanese
Went to NTU Canteen 1 for lunch and found that their japanese stall has changed (once again) so decided to give the new shop a try.
The onsen egg is well done, and the soup is flavorful with the slight sweetness and savoriness of the soy sauce. Will probably come back to try other items on the menu!
After exploring and singing “Don Don Don Donki~”, I decided to have my dinner at the Japanese food court Hokkaido Marche. I thought the price for a bowl of Kaisendon ($16.80) was reasonable with the great assortment of fishes offered in one bowl. While it can’t quite compare to the goodness back in Hakodate Asaichi, this bowl still packs a punch.
