Surf and turf turned out to be preeeetty good! The beef patty was really juicy and flavourful, together with sweet, chunky fresh lobster meat topped with brie(!), truffle (quite mild) and taragon mayo, fennel and cabbage slaw.
Chicken thigh patty was juicy, with dill pickles and coleslaw sandwiched between brioche buns. But quite a pity that the brioche buns were a tad too dry. Came with yummy chunky fries!
A classic combination that wouldnāt go wrong - I really liked this Roasted Garlic Mushroom Burger. Perfectly seasoned beef patty sandwiched between fluffy potato buns, with juicy portobello mushrooms, provolone cheese, crispy fried shallots and roasted garlic mayo.
The slightly tangy roasted garlic mayo is, admittedly, nothing too overwhelming which is why although I generally hate garlic š§āāļø, this is my favorite burger cos thereās nothing garlicky about it (i.e. some may find it too mild oooops). The roasted garlic fries might fare a tad batter for those who like stronger flavours; enjoyable but I still preferred the cheese fries.
We got a double SmokeShack ($14.4) and while I loved the patties (double is the way to go!!!), wasnāt a fan of the chopped cherry pepper which was overwhelming for me but Iād probably add applewood smoked bacon in anything I order. Thought the ChickānāShack burger was rather normal, was too salty for our liking.
Also liked that the crinkle cut cheese fries were not the typical nacho cheese sauce.
Overall, pricey but satisfying burgers. Itās easily $20/pax if you get a full meal here, so I donāt foresee myself coming that often but when a rare burger craving hits, this is one option I wouldnāt mind.
For the best of both worlds with fried portobello mushroom AND beef patty, get this. Wasnāt as mindblowing as when I had it in Japan but still good nonetheless - loved the crispiness from the fried mushroom and the cheese withinš¤¤
If itās your first time, try their classic ($16) with the usual suspect of cheese, pickles, onions and TGB secret sauce. Simple as it is, each an every component works well together for a lesser-guilt comfort food. Additional party costs $6, but do it. š

For those with a heavier palate, go for this! But I felt it could do with an even spicier kick. The Impossible patties used here was also great! One probably couldnāt even tell that it wasnāt meat. A tad pricier but at least it already comes with fries.

Thanks to @thegoodburgersg, I had my first try at these increasingly popular plant-based patties which are a better choice for sustainability and damn, I wouldāve believed if you told me it was meat.
Every Impossible patty here was well-executed - juicy, flavorful. Costs an additional $6, but an extra patty makes it a party in your mouthš Would have preferred an even fluffier bun but overall I really liked the burgers here and how they werenāt too greasy! Each burger comes with perfectly crisp fries.
My personal favourite would be The Black Tie ($18) which comes with truffle aioli and refreshing rocket leaves. Flavours were very well-balanced.

For a mere difference of $2, you get an extra patty. I liked that you get to customise and pick your own toppings (yay to no picking out onionsš). I enjoyed the burger, patties were juicy and bun was ohso softbut tbh itās too pricey to make this a regular session. Especially since thereās no combo so if youād like fries, itās an additional $7 to $11.
That said, portions here are actually quite huuuuuuge. Got the $7 little fries and it was actually too much for me. Go for the Cajun if you like spices. I think the fries actually stole the show - super crisp and fluffy.
From popular Korean fast food chain Momās Touch - As though fried chicken is not sinful enough, the crispy and very juicy fried chicken patty comes also with ham and fried egg, sandwiched between two sesame buns. Liked that the patty wasnāt too greasy! Thought their Cajun fries were pretty good too.
Their Momās Thigh Burger set is going only for $6.80 (u.p. $8.20) till 31st Oct, so if youād like to try, itās a good time toš
Was rather surprised by The Mayfair ($25 ala carte). Thick, juicy, perfectly grilled Nebraskan beef patty, with melted cheese, tangy housemade pickles, onions, tomatoes, crunchy lettuce and signature burger sauce between toasted brioche buns. Pretty good for its price.
Nothing not to like about this - Juicy patties sandwiched between fluffy brioche buns, double red cheddar cheese with a tangy whipped sauce, pickled cucumber & red onions for a little crunch and tanginess to cut through the richness of the burger.
Jazz it up with add-ons such as sunny side up, portobello mushroom, crispy grilled bacon etc. from $2.50 onwards. Comes with side of chips, pretend to be healthy for salad option @ $3.50š
