Pizzas

Pizza Fabrica proposes very good napolitan pizzas! The dough is thin in the middle and very tasty, the tomato sauce is excellent, and the quality of all the ingredients is very good, including the cheese!
The location is nice, they have a big outdoor terrace. It is quite pricy but from time to time it’s worth it!

The Pizzerian is close to home, and coming from Europe we are still locking for "our" pizzeria: one in the neighborhood when we will order when we are to lazy to cook.
The pizza we tried were not very good: I didn't like the dough, which was close to a brioche and no crispy at all. The pizza was generours but the ingredients were lacking quality (chicken, beef and even cheese). The tomato sauce was good.
Too bad it will not become one of our favourite pizzerias :/
We took it to go but you can eat there, there are some seats.
