Love how they prepared their rice cos it isn't just the usual pearl rice, but it's actually seasoned with truffle oil, fish roe and mushroom bits. While the mentaiko was a tad salty, the Unagi was on the sweeter end. Will be back for more! .

Wanted to go marche but got lost at Suntec and settled at Pasarbella instead. Managed to get $4 off on @eatsyapp.co! Quite a steal for the quality of beef, which was well flavoured and marinated.

My second time there and it did not disappoint! Fresh, succulent prawns paired with slow cooked, sous-vide styled egg - shiok! Can't wait to try the rest of the items on their menu 🙌

Thinly sliced pork from Spain - grilled and smoked, on top of Japanese Pearl Rice with spring onions and seaweed. This is definitely worth the damage! They also provide a wide range of sauces to complement your rice bowl. My only complaint would be for them to label the sauces so I know what I'm adding in (everything was in Jap)! Nevertheless everything still tasted damn good.

Glad to say it was definitely the right choice, and everyone (I mean everyone, even the pickiest most skeptical eaters) was impressed. Of their 4 kuehs, my heart went out to the Smoked Pork Belly one which coincidentally is a new flavour they launched for barely a week! It’s hard to imagine how the smokiness can actually come through as strongly as it did without overpowering the sweet stewed turnips, but maaaaan they did it. The beetroot’s a close second for its unique yet very surprisingly lovely flavours. Time to haul ass there if you haven’t already.

Wanted to get the highly raved Kung Pao Chicken Pizza, but it was sold out apparently so we had to settle for this. Not a bad sub - the avocado sauce was refreshing but the pesto might not go well for some

Had been a fan of their fish & chips previously, so glad that I finally tried their new creation. The mentaiko sauce was rich, creamy and complimented really well with the lobster flesh. Unfortunately, parts without the sauce tasted a tad dry and I wasn't too sure of the freshness of the lobster. Could do more with larger portion of the pasta though! Definitely worth a try.

From the founder of Saveur, comes Taste Affair - a hawker stall selling western-fare food at the heart of CBD. Tucked at the corner of the food centre, they actually serve up a wide selection of pasta dishes. Was recommended this as a first-time customer and it definitely didn't disappoint!

Not too sure how true is it when they claim to be the no.1 rated gyoza in Singapore. Nevertheless, they still offer an unique range of variation to the traditional Japanese dumplings, including their signature smoked mentaiko as well as the Tako Gyoza which is signature to the Plaza Sing outlet. Its almost everything you can find in the original Takoyaki balls (flakes, squid check) but wrapped in a dumpling instead!
