I don’t like foie gras... that was my conclusion after trying it out at the refinery. The Gyudon was marvellous though, salty, mushroomy and comforting but I couldn’t stomach the fatty liver. It was way way over the TOP in unctuousness 😣 I gave it many chances, mixed it with the rice and beef etc. Guess I can’t do French food.. as with their stinky cheese and fish and onion soup...
Egg was nice, but kinda sad that it wasn’t included in the 17++ price. The truffle-ness was strong but not long lasting . Overall an ok experience.
Had an excellent katsudon at this store. It's really like the ones I've had studying in Japan. What's more the Prive is really good. Will return for this definitely! Won't mind more side dishes such as chawamushi or tsukemono ☺️
