If you like your mac & cheese thick and creamy, you'll adore the one at the newly opened @ettosg; an acronym for Enjoy Tasty Things Only'. Ensconced in bechamel and a copious amount of cheese, the soft pasta was impossible to pull from the hotplate without threads of stretchy mozzarella hanging off it – definitely a good thing!
