Very average, it was very chewy and underseasoned.

One of the better beef burgers. It's really juicy and the inside was a perfect medium rare. Slightly heavy handed on the mustard, and could do w a bit more flavour. Nonetheless pretty good, no regrets ordering this. Friend said wolf burger has a cheaper and better wagyu burger tho

Ricotta and the multigrain bread were fine, the jam had a nice tartness and it's nice, as well as quite rare to see manuka honey used. You can taste it immediately

Sourdough 2++
The least sour sourdough I've had, and that's why I really like it. It's basically like white bread but with great texture. Well toasted too. If you're getting bread, get this for sure.

Butter 1++
Slightly salted, comes in a block and it's not well rested

Kaya 1++
This is really where it's at. Probably the best thing for the entire meal. Gula melaka came through and the texture is insane. It's almost like a cream, ridiculously smooth and velvety. Must try!

Overrated af and overpriced. I didn't think the banana bread was impressive in any way, it's moist and slightly different from normal but not anywhere deserving of 15bucks. The yoghurt cream was no substitute for normal cream and doesn't mesh well with the banana bread either. Underwhelmed after wanting to try this for 5 years

Had a really unique crumbly soft texture that's distinct from any Cookie I've had. The slight umami was a nice Surprise too. A safe yet interesting dessert to try

Easy to love, doesnt have that excessively rough texture that certain Rye Sourdough has

Pumpkin, zucchini, padron peppers, burrata

Chef said the burrata was made with a mix of cow milk curd and goat curd so it's more savoury than the usual ones. I personally really liked the creaminess of the burrata and found it went well with the veggies.

I've seen many veggie dishes that are highly raved about on Burpple and i realise more often than not im disappointed. Idk is it's because many people usually dont eat veggies, havent tried certain rarer veggies or cos the standards arent maintained, but I've grown numb to recommended veggie dishes and take them with a pinch of salt

In the same spirit, Im not gonna promise that this dish is good. However, this is definitely one of the best roasted veggie dishes I've had. The sweetness of the produce is preserved and locked in, and you can clearly tasted the "roasted" element without it being overly done. If the standards are maintained, I believe this will be the first veggie dish that recommend as "must-try"

Incredibly fatty, this high quality pork is the closest thing I've tasted to a pork version of Wagyu. Fatty yet not too overly greasy, and so tender, this is yet another must try if you're a carnivore

The collective affirmation when chef ask if we wanted this dish says it all. A lot of things going on, with incredible depth and complexity of flavour. Honestly i didnt have high expectations even until the dish was set on the table, but after the first bite i was a believer. One of those things that u cant trust ur gut feel and u have to taste it to believe it. Btw definitely add on their chili as the jammy Onion in chili oil was so delicious. A must-try for sure at this place

Apparently the best Lamb from australia? Gotta say it was packed full of natural flavours and well Grilled to a slight crispy exterior too. Loved it and an absolute must try here for Lamb lovers like myself

Taste just like mango puree, diluted slightly. V foamy texture, not rlly liquid lol. Glad that u cant taste the protein powder at all.
