Dim Sum

@sumdimsumsg was introduced to me by a friend and I went there for dinner when I was in the area one day. I had a fried prawn roll chee cheong fun and it was really good because the prawn roll was still crispy and the chee cheong fun was silky smooth! I had that with Signature Hot and Spicy Dumplings which had a nice balance with the chilli and vinegar plus the dumplings had a generous amount of filling too! Will be back with more people so I can try more things in the future hehe

I love weekend mornings because there's plenty of time for breakfast and we had dim sum from @yumchasg this morning 😋 We got XO carrot cake, prawn rolls in beancurd skin, yam puffs with chicken, mango prawn spring rolls and the national day special, Chilli Crab Bun. What a satisfying breakfast 😌

This is my favourite pau from just dough with the fluffy texture and generous fillings 😍

The cheong fun was smooth and went well with the egg and prawn in it. It was simple but rather yummy too.

I love how their paus are fluffy with a lot of filling. This is one of my favourite paus and because the curry is slightly spicy too.

These are so cute and the yam puffs were really crispy while the minced meat in them had a slightly peppery flavour.

These had a generous portion of prawns in them and the dumpling skin was of the right thickness and softness too.

These were rather interesting with the bak kut teh soup in the xiao long bao adding a new flavour. I would like it more if it was more peppery.

These were nice and crispy and the seaweed added a more savoury flavour to this too.

The black sesame and brown sugar mantou was fluffy and filled with black sesame. The flavour of this was a bit light and I would like it more if it was stronger.

Very happy now that Just Dough is selling chicken in their paus again. The cheese chicken pau has a very fluffy texture with a generous filling of cheese and chicken.

This is my favourite pau from Just Dough and so glad they brought it back! The curry is very fragrant and goes well with the fluffy bun texture too 😋
