It's been a while since I had this here as I always order the chirashi. I guess, sometimes change is good. The tendon was very delicious and light and I do like the fact that it came with just right amount of sauce which is not cloyingly sweet.

Chef @akane.eno made this wonderful creation for us. Monaka lightly toasted and filled with anko (azuki), topped with Japanese strawberries and hojicha pudding (roasted tea).
