Since we were in the area, we decided to pop by Joo Bar for their organic home brewed makgeolli, or 'Joo Brew' so that we could learn how to tweak our version when we try again. This was much much creamier and thicker than what we had made last round, and it had an almost yoghurty taste. It's really easy to drink. Didn't order any food this time. The food were kind hit and miss for me. But I remember some dishes like the slow roast Mangalitsa pork belly, Bossam and seafood tofu stew were really good, though portions are pretty small.
