Once Upon A Thyme caught me by surprise. It is a low key, relatively small restaurant situated at B1 of Central and offers a super worth lunch value meal which comes with a drink and soup of the day for $10.90.
I was there on Friday and the lunch deal includes turkey bacon carbonara, tomato pesto soup and earl grey lavender tea (with a top up of $1). I like the firm texture of the spaghetti & the creamy pasta sauce. However, I thought the slices of ham could be improved as it tastes more like tau ki instead of ham.
