Melbourne Eats

Eye candy yet taste worthy. The flavours rotate every now and then so only passionfruit and milo were available on the day we went. We got the mix of their signature sea salt flavour swirled with passionfruit. Sea salt flavour definitely stands out but can get overwhelming after awhile for me. Enjoyed the fairy floss that maintains its form in Melbourne weather. I think if this was served in Singapore all the fairy floss would be melting like crazy once they pass it over the counter. The marshmallow was an add on which I couldn't resist. 😋

Rainbow bagel anyone?
The most colourful way to get started in the morning. My favourite part was the huge ass dollop of maple matcha mascarpone which might seem sinful and overwhelming at first glance. But it wasn't too sweet and the matcha flavour mellowed the richness of the mascarpone so this dish was very easy to polish off.
