Healthy Stuff

I always have a weak spot for sushi, especially when it comes to salmon sushi! It's another luscious food from Rollie Olie called the Sunkissed Salmon Sushi. As someone who dislikes wasabi, I'm quite surprised that the subtle taste of wasabi in the sushi turns out to enhance the overall flavour of the sushi. Love it!!!

Rollie Olie has become my new favourite eating place at Star Vista! And i feel like trying all of their menus because they all look so healthily fresh and yummy! Last Sunday I tried the Yuzu Bliss poke bowl, which consists of thick cuts of salmon and tuna sashimi with avocado, cucumber, radish, lettuce, orange and japanese rice at the bottom! It was super gooooood 😍

Feeling utterly grateful for Pen&Inc's presence in NTU! Besides their relaxed and pleasant ambience, they offer my favourite type of dish, salad, with a lot of varieties 💕 it's totally worth the price and it is now surely one of the perks of studying in NTU 😆

I just visited another restaurant that sells poke bowls! This one is called Yasai Bowl (with additional Garden Greens $2), which consists of the sultanas, poached egg, salmon cubes and cherry tomatoes. Other than for the salmon and the poached egg, I didn't really fancy this dish haha. For its value, I'd prefer RO's more satisfying poke bowl 🙂.

Mom's been craving for acai bowl so we're getting one at Project Acai Takashimaya! The one in the picture is Original Flower Bowl medium size. It's so refreshing, with coconut shavings, chia seeds, fresh fruits and goji berries! I particularly love the blended acai base 😍

Here's my third review for Rollie Olie! I ordered Go Green sushi, Gold Rush salad and Wild About Wasabi Poke bowl this time. I have nothing much to say about Gold Rush, except that it will appeal to those who love pumpkin haha. The Go Green sushi is worth trying (it has pumpkin too), but I still much much prefer the Sunkissed Salmon sushi! Aaand I kinda regret ordering Wild About Wasabi because the wasabi was just too overpowering I couldnt even enjoy my poke bowl :( The last time I ordered, there were just hints of wasabi taste which actually enhanced the overall taste, but I think this time they added too much of wasabi 😥 Nonetheless I will still come back 🙃
