I did question myself. Why the heck are people queuing for $7.90 grated potatoes? So I became one of them, for a solid half an hour or so in a very long line.. my verdict is go for it, I guess.
Crispy outside but still crunchy (like a potato crunch), not too oily, the rosti goes together so well with lemon and sour cream! Top up $6.90 for a Garlic Pork Sausage as I have done. It's simple and delicious.
TBH THOUGH: This dish is ridiculously easy to make, so (as with most things in Marché) it is very overpriced.
