I was very lucky, only need to queue for 40 mins to get this bowl.
The noodle texture was springy, with plenty of ingredients. For vinegar lover, itβs perfect noodle for you.itβs tangy and sour in a good way.
Will I go back again ? Yes, if someone wants to queue for me π.

Just like not all humans are born with functioning brains. Ok, that's all.
Rollie Olie has become my new favourite eating place at Star Vista! And i feel like trying all of their menus because they all look so healthily fresh and yummy! Last Sunday I tried the Yuzu Bliss poke bowl, which consists of thick cuts of salmon and tuna sashimi with avocado, cucumber, radish, lettuce, orange and japanese rice at the bottom! It was super gooooood π

You'll want to swing by this stall on the second storey of Berseh Food Centre as early as you can to get your hands on their popular kuehs. One Kueh at a Time operates from 8am to 2pm, and sells a limited amount of kuehs every day. It is owned by a former financial consultant who aims to continue the tradition of handmaking, well, one kueh at a time, with the recipes handed down from his mother. There are five kuehs ($1.20 each) available β Koo Chye Kueh (steamed chive dumpling), Ang Ku Kueh (with a savoury mung bean filling), Peng Kueh, Carrot Kueh and the crowd favourite, Soon Kueh. Tastemaker Russell Leong was pleasantly surprised by how much he liked the thin-skinned soon kueh and its generous portion of umami-rich turnip, hae bi and bamboo shoot filling that he had to stop himself from buying all the remaining soon kuehs when he visited!
Avg Price: $5 per person

Much publicity on social media lately that I have to go personally grade this π¬π¬π¬ Extreme long queue were there to greet me on this wet Saturday morning.... the long wait had me salivating while contemplating what to savor on the menu!!! Price tag of $24.90 for its premier Lobster Noodles is unheard of considering serving from a neighborhood hawker centre. One full Columbia Lobster, 2 big prawns and loads of pipis. Sweet soup based with fried garlic floating above. Whatever style you choose, be it prawns, crayfish, lobsters all come with the same soup based. I personally feel the chef had been slightly generous on the θ±ιι portion hence making the soup a little bitter at the end. I salute the entrepreneurship of the young owner for this extremely daring price tag. Conclusion: similarly to White Seafood Beehoon or Wen Wen Prawn Noodles at Geylang Bahru, traditionally prawn noodles transformation. Yumminess 3.5/5 ππ»ππ»ππ»
