Perfectly cooked ramen hidden underneath layers of spring onions, spicy minced pork and seaweed, topped with onsen egg. After finishing the ramen, you can opt for a spoonful of rice to mix with the leftover sauce. Thank you @sakura_bear for the treat! 🍜🍜🍜

Skipped the charsiu and opted for tori dango instead (yes, I just found out that I can choose between this or charsiu) 🐷➡️🐔

Love their creative way of serving the ramen. The server will open the window on each table to deliver the order, just like in Japan. The noodle is springy, perfect companion for a rather thick broth. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
