After work
Pacamara is on chope! But It was not crowded when the group of 4 of us went for dinner on Friday night at 7pm. I ordered the chicken leg ($18) but boy does my friends truffle carbonara looked and smelt even better! Mine was so-so.
My first time here, but when this teishoku was placed in front of me, I was instantly impressed! And only $12.90. Generous and filled with variety
Sweet and sour fish with rice ($8.80) - my alternative menu to their signature Hainanese pork chop rice($13.80) when dining in Han’s
We arrived about 7pm on a Sunday night and was surprised there was no queue. Oh but when we walked out at 8.10pm, there was about 10 people in queue.
A simple menu with only Two mains - Hamburg set($18.80) or cheese Hamburg set($20.80) . Prices are inclusive of free flow salad and eggs. They even have cute children sets at $9.90 with yakult (I wanna be a kid, lol)
The salad bar was impressive with many fresh ingredients. My favourites were the simmered pumpkin, ramen noodle salad, coffee jelly and tamogoyaki fried egg.
The Hamburg dish was abit underrated. Maybe it’s juicy but I feel it’s too soft or nua for me. The fried tempura Ebi was good! I thought it was only for pictures in the menu.
Overall, a comfortable dining experience that I would bring my parents. I hope they can bring in more main dishes.
Arrived here at 6.20pm on a Sunday night, Not much waiting time despite reading other people's reviews that the wait may be long (>1hr) . Got our seat within 2-5 minutes of joining the queue. Ordered this Bara Salad ($10.90) instead of the Don. Portion seems small but its quite okay. Sashimi is good for the price, cant complain! BF liked his chicken Katsu don too.

One of our voted favorite dishes for the night. ($28++) There was a slight charred flavor and the softness in the flesh of the octopus leg was just perfect. Topped with the oyster leaf (seaweed)and burnt onion, this was a mix of textures and flavors in one bite !
Currently with their instagram promo, these are buy one get one free. The popiah was very full and unlike others, this is like 2X the size ! As a popiah lover , i can vouch for this!! Not too dry and very shiok to eat. Available for dinner too
This to me was the highlight of our meal at Burnt Ends. Cooked perfectly and if I am allowed to be slightly picky at the dish, wished it was slightly more charred. topped off with bone marrow that melts in your melt and onion relish sauce , it was a treat to my tummy 😋
at $20 , this is really value for money. No wonder this is one of their most popular dishes at Burnt Ends which is also awarded Top 50 restaurants of the world! The sesame bun was not too dry , the slaw and pulled pork was moist and as you can see is almost bursting out of the burger. Try to make a reservation before going .
