My favorite for this dish is actually the well roasted cashew nuts coated with a little spice to tangle your taste buds. Not forgetting those huge chunks of salmon mixed with avocado giving you both a light and refreshing taste. But one thing that disappoints me was the sushi rice, it was slightly under cooked as it gave a hard texture then the usual soft and fluffy.

Overall, l think l would still head back to their original outlet A poke theory to have my poke bowl fixed.

Simplicity is a beauty. Covering over the thick toast are smoked salmon, cheese and hollandaise sauce and not forgetting the main star, the poached eggs

This is truly one of the best eggs benerdict I have ever tried. Once pierced, thick golden lava starts oozing out, giving the toast its savoury taste. Let's no forget the cheese and hollandaise sauce as it further enhances the taste making this much more yummy!

Decent pricing with no GST or service charge and a cozy layout. I will definitely be back for more brunch. Finally, I am Glad to end 2016 with a delightful brunch and wishing all a happy new year!

Those thick and warm oozing cheese covering the extra crisp fat fries is how my cheese cravings were satisfied. Not forgetting the additional house made bacon, ketchup dip, which triggered my savory taste buds as it enters my mouth. But beware! Share this with your friends as it may get a bit gerlat after a few mouthful of it

Following the success of a poke theory a healthy eating Poke bowl. Alter ego presents itself as much more fun and sinful side, but still retaining its sister's concept of healthy eating. I would definitely say it would make a good hang out place for friends gathering.

Who says pretty looking things don't taste nice! Bird bird has once again captured my heart! Using tropical fruits as its base and topping with brown butter soft served. This would cater to those who did not like the durian version.

The fruit base was refreshing. Should you prefer your fruits to be sweeter, the brown butter soft served will compliment it while adding a fragrant taste to it. That's not all, it's topped with candied pecans and quantify to have an extra crunch to it.

This year, savor is focus more wine than its food. You may be a little disappointed, but there are hidden gems waiting to be discovered!

My friends happen to STUMBLE this offer Wagyu buffet online. Henceforth she summons her horseman to conquer this buffet! With the choice of either deluxe or premium buffet. The Premium will entitle you to the selection that the deluxe does not offer, like Wagyu beef Yukke!

Tenkaichi believes in freshness, cutting only the beef after you ordered. As such, it may take a 5-10 min wait, meanwhile you can try their simple starters buffet, but I think save your stomach space for the Wagyu beef. The Wagyu beef Yukke was my favourite, it's has natural sweetness from the beef itself and when it is mixes with the raw egg. It just swims in your mouth before slipping down your throat.

Overall the quality of the food was good, but I wish it had more variety to it. Please get ready to smell, the ventilation is a bit bad there.

Ps: still trying to understand the marble of the Wagyu as such I did not describe in the post.

Within weeks of opening, Tempura Kohaku has attracted Long queues with waiting time more than 2 hours. Consider the major competitor of its counterpart, Tendon Ginza.

Serving a slightly more choices like normal, spicy, vegetarian and spicy vegetarian version. The normal version is packed with a wholesome goodness like Chicken, veg, prawn, mushroom, pumpkin, baby corn, squid and crab meat.

The tempura was great! It was lighted battered and not oily at all.The squid core was chewy and easy to bite. Not forgetting the nature's sweetness of the pumpkin. All except for the chicken. The chicken was too thick as such, it could not absorb the flavour making it blend by itself. As for the rice, it is specially imported from Hokkaido. However, it's texture was not as chewy than Tendon Ginza.

In my opinion, the tendon sauce here was Savoury instead of sweet unlike their counterpart. I also definitely hope an Onsen egg can be included making the rice more flavourful.

Overall all the food was great,but if I have to queue almost 2 hours for it. I think I will come back when it's less crowded.
