Don't be mistaken, these noodles were not clumpy and tasted pretty good. Love the chilli paste they use, so much flavours going on and enhanced by the fried shallots. Yummy!

How can?

Ordered this Red Glutinous Rice Wine Mee Sua ($3.50) from the Ban Mian stall for my first time and was taken aback by the rich broth! Flavour authenticity is really high and for that price, that's a lot of Mee Sua and 5pcs of chicken! Highly recommended although it may be far for some of you guys. Trust me, you won't regret it.

While you're here you may wanna try the famous herbal mutton soup and char kway teow also. Not forgetting the handmade paus! All in the same coffeeshop.

Opened for a few months already but due to locality and haze, business isn't that ideal.

There are many franchisees for this particular brand but it all boils down to how dedicated and skillful you are in BBQing the wings to perfection. In this case, no regrets and really good. Love the texture of the skin and how it locks in the juices till you sink your teeth in and pull off the flesh at the same time. Yums!

They also have satay which I will post after this. So if you're in the area to have the Hokkien Mee, have a go at these wings, yummy finishing to your meal!

Good on its own but if you need to, the peanut sauce is served hot and pasty, not watery type. Again the BBQing skills are in play here. Nicely done!

It has everything that I like in a traditional Nasi Lemak. Every item is done nicely, fish and ikan bilis were crispy, wings were crunchy, egg however no porn (flow) and sambal was brilliant.

Rice is basmati and said to be from Himalayan Mountains and snow-fed. Seriously first time hearing this. I've heard of corn-fed, wine-fed, breast-fed, etc but not snow-fed yet. But that said, the rice was soft and fluffy as promised, with a light fragrance of coconut milk. Yummy!
