It has everything that I like in a traditional Nasi Lemak. Every item is done nicely, fish and ikan bilis were crispy, wings were crunchy, egg however no porn (flow) and sambal was brilliant.

Rice is basmati and said to be from Himalayan Mountains and snow-fed. Seriously first time hearing this. I've heard of corn-fed, wine-fed, breast-fed, etc but not snow-fed yet. But that said, the rice was soft and fluffy as promised, with a light fragrance of coconut milk. Yummy!
