-Bouillabaisse Broth Pot-

Fish & Co. 's new menu launch : the Broth Pots. These are essentially seafood stews served in a huge casserole dish alongside their signature paella rice. The broth pot comes in 3 flavours : Carribean Cajun (spicy), "Oppa" Korean Style (spicy) & Bouillabaisse (non-spicy). We tried the "All 'Bout That Bouillabaisse Broth-Pot". A casserole filled with prawns, scallops, mussels, clams & corn on the cob swimming in a tomato broth balanced with a series herbs & spices.
The broth was zesty & flavourful. It has a tinge of spiciness in my opinion but nothing too overpowering and just the right amount of kick to it. Seafood was fresh and abundant. It's meant for 2 pax but I think it can feed another. 😁

It's a more rustic European addition to the menu. Something different from the battered and grilled options which makes it less oily and a somewhat healthier option! Definitely worth trying and if you hurry, today is their last day (22nd May 2016) for their Broth-Pot promotion!
