I mean, it's not even THE BEST chicken out there. But something about Swensen's cornflake chicken makes you feel like kicking up your heels (or flats in my case because I have enough stress in my life), rolling up your sleeves, and just surrendering yourself to this no-nonesense honest-to-God fried chicken. It doesn't even have bones in it. How no-nonesense can you get?

The chicken skin was so volumous and crunchy that I literally hurt myself trying to eat it as barbarically as I could because it was Friday and who cares? No one cares.

The meat itself was the right amount of juicy and oily appropriate for a Friday night - which is very juicy and very very oily.

You don't even need the fries.

Pleasantly surprised by the potato wedges and mac & cheese - very very tasty. The chicken is actually a bit overshadowed by the sides, but still good enough to be my default place at suntec if I can't think of anywhere else to eat.
