Headed down with my dad hoping to try this highly raved about Sio Bak. Bit into the skin area and I must say we were very impressed at how crispy it was. It was literally crackling in our mouths. However, we felt that the tenderness of the meat was compromised; tough and dry. Wished it had more of the melt in your mouth goodness. If you're not so particular of the texture of the meat and you're looking out for the crispiest roast meat skin, this stall will satisfy your needs. Gonna head back to try the charsiew that was sold out as well as the roast duck we didn't order.
