Since we only live once, then YOLO is the place to eat UP! Their Miso Glazed Salmon Steak comes with bok choy and quinoa, and is attractively priced at $15.90. The salmon was bigger than I had expected and encrusted in sesame seeds for extra crunch, and the quinoa was flavored (with soy sauce or something similar). Eating clean never tasted so good!
