Chipotle Conquest

Everyone is here for the pancakes and fried chicken & waffles, and rightfully so. I was leaning towards a more savoury craving however, and this gladly fulfilled my love for Mexican flavours. Some sort of a deconstructed taco, with a corn tortilla filled with beans and cheeeese below the sunny side up eggs, and salsa, guac and sour cream surrounding around. Mix and match them and the dish will become a disgusting mush that's super delish, so I don't recommend sharing this. Share the pancakes (super fluffy, and honestly impossible to finish solo) and waffles (one of the best I tried) instead!

Basically pork tacos and fried fish tacos (other choices include chicken, steak and vegetarian). Definitely a fulfilling Mexican meal, given the affordable prices and super generous fillings (it was hard to even eat the tacos because it was exploding). Had tacos because I wasn't that hungry, but go for the burritos if you are — get the Breakfast Burrito ($13.50, with fries, steak, and cheese) because the steak filling. Is. The. Best. Or in the words of my bf, "tastes like the real American burger".

Very generous portions - my bf's burrito was even larger (plus all that unlimited toppings of rice, beans, etc!). But as usual the cheapskate me didn't get the guac because it costs extra LOLL so nope not Mexican at all. It tasted like a pretty good Subway-esque wrap instead.

Soft corn tortillas, salsa, your choice of filling (I had steak, roasted pork and barramundi), and CHEEEESE. Love everything but should have added guac (for extra $2). Really need a good Chipotle fix with lots of beans, guacamole, salsa and cheese at a Chipotle price sighhh
