Wow. Probably the best ramen I've ever had, straight from Osaka! I ate at the Shinsaibashi branch. The Ippudo Hakata is a spicy miso based soup, and you can choose the level of spicyness. I loved the Hakata style white milky broth and thin noodles. The broth was fragrant and the ramen was smooth. It was a game changer. Wonderful meal, I came back the next day for seconds. I think my ramen alone cost around 990 yen, as it didn't come in a set. I recommend ordering a hard boiled egg to add on, it was around 100 yen. Great experience!
