Vietnamese-style dry rice noodles with tasty and juicy grilled mince pork skewered on lemon grass sticks.

Nice tender slices of thai-style & charcoal grilled Iberico Pork paired with lightly fragrant Nasi Ulam (Peranakan-style).

After a walk through the exhibits at the National Museum, stopped by Food for Thought for teatime.

Their Mixed Berries Cream Cheese Pancakes with Walnuts and Gula Melaka was visually appealing but didn't deliver on taste. Pancakes were too dense and had gritty texture, and the gula melaka sauce just didn't taste quite right.

Always love the cakes at Mahota Pantry! Made with organic ingredients, the cakes are nicely dense and tasty albeit slightly pricier.

Look at that chunk of unagi and slices of thick scallop (& goose liver)! Note to self to try it soon. #burpple

The US angus beef was tender and the foie gras a melt-in-your-mouth delight. #burpple
