If you don't already know, they do a solid southern fried chicken over here, so adding a burger variation is a no brainer. With a perfect balance of heat, creaminess and piquancy in the sauce and slaw, this made my day for sure.

Only available at dinner time is their {Tin Hill Darling Downs BMS* 4+ Wagyu Brisket Burger} and thanks to my dearest friend @chefmichaellewis, I got to try this thing of beauty. Just imagine this, 200g of hay and hickory smoked brisket, cabbage slaw and confit garlic (*swoons*) squished between classic sesame seed buns - this was a party in your mouth and even great when broken down into individual components. See those wasabi salt shoestring fries in the background, a mighty fine distraction away from the main attraction. But you know me... A good 🍔 always has my heart and I like them the way I like my men... Mysterious, edgy and extremely dirty。
