tonkotsu king allows customers to customise their ramen according to their preference of the type of broth, texture of noodles, amount of oil and toppings. furthermore, there is also free flow of marinated beansprouts and hard boiled eggs. as a person who hardly touch beansprouts, i couldn't stop myself from continuously aiming my chopsticks at them. you can imagine how nice their marinated beansprouts are
