Just head to the nearest 24hr coffee shop & you can find it! I am just lucky that I have 4 of these coffee shops just in my neighbourhood to choose from. And this is one of the best!😊 #sgfoodiary #burpple
The perfect way to end off the day.😌 #sgfoodiary #burpple
If only I can wake up to some one preparing breakfast for me everyday!😁 I just realised this dream will come true in 11 weeks time when I report for enlistment!😅 #sgfoodiary #burpple
Why not grab yourself some supper tonight to cheer yourself up?😁

It starts off at the very bottom, when Singapore was just a mere fishing village. Kampongs and palm trees were a common sight then, but we were soon to change. Moving up one tier, we had to find a way to maintain racial harmony, and hence Kampong Glam, Chinatown, Little India and the Eurasian Association came into the picture. We continued to strive and our perseverance paid off when we became a developed country with one of the most breathtaking skylines in the world.
Every little minute detail on this cake is hand-cut from homemade fondant-every window shutter, every leaf on every palm tree, and every single building window. The cable car towers are made from Rice Krispie treats and I used little bulbs to make them light up, bringing an element of surprise to the cake. The hand-sculpted Merlion spouts blue sugar work from its mouth, as the translucency and fluidity of the pulled sugar brings water to life. The SG50 logo has an edible image of Mr Lee Kuan Yew to pay homage to the great man who made Singapore what it is today. Gumpaste peg dolls of the 4 main races stand on the base of the cake, reminding us that when it's all said and done, the very foundation of Singapore lies on our ability to live together as one people.

One of the stalls I ate at the most during my polytechnic life! Healthy & Cheap at the same time! I am pretty sure most of you know I just ended my internship last week and I had been pretty quiet for the past week right?🙊 Because I had been working hard on my 15-pages worth of report and my 30mins worth of presentation which just concluded today!🙌 So I just have to conclude my last day in poly with this!😂 NS may be the next phase in life but now I am free to explore more food places and blog more!😊 Do give me your support alright?🙆

On a side note, I must apologise to some of you guys out there for being so super slow in churning out those blog posts! I promise I will be more effective from now onwards alright?🙊 Thank you for all your patience!😊

😎: A stall in Temasek Polytechnic which serves pretty decent chicken rice for just $3.5! Shiok👍🏻

😎: This is the usual dry ban Mian you will get to eat! More of a mixture of the ban Mian noodles and minced meat sauce? They added sweet soya sauce which makes it kind of sweet. But I love how the noodles tasted QQ!😂 Pardon me if I described it the wrong way!

😎: My personal favourite which I have been supporting for many years! Their dry version is always better than those in soup but there may be times when it is too salty!😂 but I love it anyway✌🏻️

😎: There are quite a few sides for you to choose from too!😊 This one you can add cheese for another dollar!😉

😎: A pretty decent western food joint just below my block which sells pretty good and wide range of western food which I think some are better than the ones we can get at Astons!😁 Worth a try!👍🏻
💰: S$7.5

😎: Totally loving this plate of maggi goreng with those runny eggs! What makes this plate really special is that it is not those usual maggi goreng you eat outside. This is towards the "wet" side & it tastes really good and I love it this way!✌🏻️
💰: S$5.5
