Smooth chocolate ganache covers off the ball of thick chocolate mousse inside, without being either overly sweet not overly heaty. If there is any definition of sexiness in chocolate, this would well fit the description!

1) Charcoal Vanilla Ice-Cream & Chocolate Root Beer Waffles [$12.50]
The waffles came with a caveat from the owner - "It's not crisp; it's more like a cake".
And it is; the waffles were dense, chocolatey and with root beer as a light afterthought.
Sitting atop a cardinally sinful 'Chips More' cookie was Charcoal Vanilla soft serve, which we lamented was not enough, as it's vital to balance the heft of the waffle's flavours.
