Discovered this Mandu joint near our hotel (home hotel, busan). Can only described it as being simple yet delicious! Had it for 2 consecutive days already!
Had lunch @ this fugu institution in Haeundae, Busan. They had a variety of different fugu stew and we chose the fresh fugu stew (35,000 won). The stew consist of one puffer fish, sliced in thick chunks, the roe together with tons of beansprouts. The broth was light but very flavorful! Definitely a place to go to! (Might want to try the fried fugu as well, saw the table beside us having it and it looked awesome but sadly our tummies had no space for it)
