The former tasted exactly like a creamy grape Yakult whilst the latter was mildly crispy on the outside and rather bread-like and tough on the inside, resisting the knifing with as much stubbornness as a gruff Encik from SISPEC. 3.3/5

In the seemingly endless waffle conveyor belt, this waffle doesn't have all the expensive makeup and snazzy dresses others do, but is ultimately so faultless and earnest she's the one you'd eventually have a relatively smooth marriage with (although fidelity will be close to impossible). 3.75/5

I actually thought they would just kiap the ham and cheese between the waffles but the ham is actually in the waffle. I think they pour the waffle mix, followed by ham, and over it again. Surprise surprise.

Waffles, what November 8 is famous for, indeed crisp on the outside & fluffy inside. ($9.50). The Thai Tea gelato wasn't all that great though.

roasted almond latte + pumpkin pancakes with eggs, smoked salmon, ebiko and hollandaise sauce! a filling savory dish :-)

Walking distance from Kovan MRT, Hatter Street has already won the hearts of many with their whimsical touch and delightful array of cakes, waffles and drinks. While they don't serve savoury food, this is just the spot to visit during tea time or after dinner (they're open till 10pm). If waffles are what you're after, go for the seasalt or pandan gula melaka Whoaffles ($8.90). A must-try dessert is their Smoked Sawdust Pudding ($5) -- a truly innovative dessert of whipped milk pudding and biscuit crumble with a plume of aromatic smoke trapped in a jar!

Situated in a quieter part of Toa Payoh, this place is a good alternative to the uber popular Creamier. Waffles was fluffier than most, and I enjoyed how the moscato & Roche gelato went with it. I'll be back again!

Had their stack waffles that is so insta worthy!! Tried their vanilla, belgium chocolate and hazelnut ice creams to go with the waffles :) LOVE IT!! N it's only $13.90!! If only the cafe has a nicer interior design and locates somewhere quieter >< 8/10 😍😍

We had the waffles with matcha, salted caramel and speculoos ice cream ($13.40) which was relatively affordable! The waffles were made to perfection with crisp outsides and soft fluffy insides. This coupled with amazing ice cream was just perfection.

Was expecting something much inkier, the colour of charcoal, but the squid ink-infused waffle turned out a muted dark grey, as if someone had cast a Perpetua filter over it in real life. The rather flat hollandaise needed more egg yolk, too.

3 munchies: The dish would have tasted as good as it looks only if the waffles were fluffier on the inside and sea salt gula melaka ice cream were creamier and less icy. While it was great that they have a wide selection of toppings and provided good service, I'm not sure if it was worth queueing up for 30 mins and another 25 mins for the waffles to be served.
