Sooooo tasty. The texture of the noodle, the creaminess of the poached egg, and the kick of spice, all brought together in one yummy bowl. Nuff said. $8.

I'm a big fan of good pork and this was so tasty. But I feel it pales in comparison to the amazing herb marinated ribs (香草排骨). So delicious we re-ordered a 2nd portion! I think the pig was good value at $180 and the ribs at under $20.
