Weekends are for adventure and having fun!!! If you are looking for activities to spend the weekend, why not check out the March edition of Weekends in the Park at Fort Canning Park this Saturday, 4 March 2017?

Organised by @NparksBuzz, you can expect a plethora of fun-filled (free) activities such as art exhibitions, guided tours (Spice Garden Tour, WWII Bunkers, Heritage on the Hill Tour), cooking demonstrations and yoga. There will also be a movie screening in the evening, street music performances as well as games and activities for children.

In frame is the duck dish from Cooking with Spices Demo at Lewin Terrace. The one-hour cooking demo session will start at 11.30am on Saturday. Enjoy a set meal (inclusive of dessert) at $38++ if you attend the cooking demo session.

Tender, juicy chunk of pork belly with alternating layers of melt-in-your-mouth fats on a bed of slightly sticky Japanese rice. Served with wasabi sprouts, asian slaw, over roasted tomatoes, grilled mushrooms, crunchy pickled lotus root & soft centred egg.

This was the best out of the three mains that we've tried. I'm thinking of it now as I type. Sooooo gooodddd!!! A must try if you are there!
