Tender, juicy chunk of pork belly with alternating layers of melt-in-your-mouth fats on a bed of slightly sticky Japanese rice. Served with wasabi sprouts, asian slaw, over roasted tomatoes, grilled mushrooms, crunchy pickled lotus root & soft centred egg.
This was the best out of the three mains that we've tried. I'm thinking of it now as I type. Sooooo gooodddd!!! A must try if you are there!
