There's something in that steak sauce that makes the juicy beef tastes even better, and the truffle sweet potato fries that I had to have it taken away from me before I overeat. Ofc dinner ended with sticky date pudding 😂🐽

63degrees egg paired with jamon serrano, pickled onion, onion soubise, and house-made toast. Light brunch because I'm surviving on 3hrs of sleep.

Okay my stomach died. Lips died. Nose died. I cannot function when it feels as tho my intestines are burning up. But no regrets with the Devil's Curry, indeed a rich and fiery bowl of exotic spices, not for the faint hearted.

Hugeeee half crackling pork knuckle!! Could be better but it isn't too shabby.
