If you're approaching French Toast as a dessert, this one will satisfy you. Served as 2 slices of brioche stuffed with bananas and drenched in maple syrup, vanilla yoghurt and blueberries, this is sweet and decadent without being too heavy. It's may be a little pricey, but this dish is really quite something else -- $22 for 3 thick, fluffy brioche slices dripping in salted caramel sauce and coated in crunchy cornflakes for texture. Topped with salted caramalized bananas, berries and vanilla ice cream, it has the perfect balance of salty and sweet. This is a sinful dish of pure decadence, please, please share.
