Veal marrow, teriyaki, bonito, parsley, baguette. SO buttery, oily, fatty, creamy... UMAMI. Luscious flavours just a party in your mouth, especially when spread on that fragrant, crispy baguette. My favourite dish of the night, hands down.
Beef short ribs with battered and deep fried daikon (radish), with bovril sauce and bonito. Beef was so tender and tasty, wouldn't have minded a slightly larger serving. The radish was killer, never had it prepared this way! Dipping it in the bovril sauce made it addictive.

This might not look the prettiest dish on the block but believe me, it has one of the best flavours with its bed of soft mashed potatoes and chorizo, the runny poached eggs atop lent a wonderful joy to the dish.
